Practice Areas
Our disability rights practice is focused on the litigation of cases under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. These statutes mandate equal access to public services, programs and activities.

Our fair housing practice challenges discrimination based on disability, familial status and/or source of income.
Assistance Animals
Through our our assistance animal practice, we provide education and legal advocacy to people with disabilities who have experienced discrimination based on their disability-related use of a service dog or emotional support animal.
